Brokk Controlled Demolition
A hydraulic breaker which outclasses diesel machines 4times its size. A hydraulic concrete cruncher which is mounted on full 360 degrees rotating head and capable of crunching reinforced concrete up to 300mm thick. Crunching concrete or masonry is virtually vibration free and generates little to no noise.
Digging buckets of various size can be attached for excavations, trenching or cleaning of debris. Size Matters When demolition work has to be carried out in confined spaces, size really does matter.
The aim is to provide as much power and versatility as possible at the site, and the Brokk 90 and the Brokk 160 achieves that aim. Its compact design, easy operation and powerful tools make it the perfect choice for use in a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial environments.
Weighing only 980kg in its basic configuration, the Brokk 90 is small light and mobile enough to give you power in places you never thought possible. You can roll it across floors in homes, take it from floor to floor in an ordinary lift - and it just loves to climb stairs. Its small footprint means it can get through any standard doorway and into basements, larger bathrooms - in fact, it can get into almost any room where a powerful, labour-saving tool might be needed.
The Brokk 90 is of course fitted with a tool from the broad range of demolition attachments available. Power Where You Need It The Brokk 90 couples a compact chassis and undercarriage with a powerful 11 KW electric motor which gives off little to no noise and a three-part hydraulic arm system that has the reach of a full 3.6 m. The result is a machine that’s light and mobile enough for residential sites, but powerful enough for more heavy duty commercial and industrial jobs.
Safer And More Productive
Brokk Remote Controlled Demolition Safety is the main concern, its wireless digital remote control system gives the operator precise control while keeping a safe distance from flying debris or falling structures. The remote control unit weighs just 3 kg and allows the operator to stand clear of moving, vibrating equipment and get the safest and best view of the work. Having a better vantage point and working with equipment that’s easier to control means that the operators suffer less from fatigue and are able to work faster, which results in greater productivity.
